The Reconciling Power of Jesus Christ: Forgiveness : Ps 130:3-4....Our relationship with Jesus, and our understanding the depths of His forgiveness for us through the work of the cross, will affect everything that we do, and every relationship we have.

In this study we look at different aspects of forgiveness, and will try and answer some of the many questions that we have regarding forgiveness; such as when? how many times? how can I forgive?, and looking at forgiveness as a feeling, mandate, or is it conditional?

1/31/2010 Josh Yakos SAME SKY DIFFERENT HORIZON II : 2 Kings 13:14-22 Elisha uses an illustration of the arrow shot through the window to show the King that the arrow of the Lord’s deliverance was still present, and all Joash had to do was to shoot the arrow in faith. Are you seeing life with eyes of Vision and Promise? This message will encourage your vision for not only life but life in the local church. Play MP3

1/24/2010 Jon Meek May You Become Thousands : God is a God of blessing and through faith in Jesus Christ, we are now a blessed people! Through looking at several passages of scripture we see the power of coming into agreement with that blessing and declaring it - over ourselves, our families, our businesses, and our relationships. How great it is to know that we are truly empowered by God to succeed in life. No struggle and no challenge can compare with the blessing of God. Regardless of our circumstances, we are blessed because of Jesus! Play MP3

1/17/2010 Josh Yakos TRUE FAITH : Hebrews 11:29-38 This passage is tremendously important for blowing the fog of confusion away from what faith is and what kind of life it guarantees. There are many who teach today that the life of faith will bring health, wealth and prosperity, and where those things are lacking it's because faith is lacking. That never seemed to square with what I saw in the teachings of Jesus or his apostles, and I can recall the first time this chapter walloped me with its incredible impact on this question. Play MP3

1/10/2010 Josh Yakos Same Sky, Different Horizon : A sign in the optometrists office read: "If you don't see what you want to, you've come to the right place." We all live under the same sky, but have different horizon's. This is true when it comes to Vision in our life. I don't mean natural vision. I mean seeing with eyes of Faith. Why is it some people are perpetually stuck in a glass-half empty mentality? This message looks at the Power of Prayer through the book of Acts, and will help you establish a God-size vision for your life. Lets begin to see what God has on the Horizon for us in this new year, by unlocking the power of prayer. Play MP3

1/3/2010 Josh Yakos Man vs. Wild : having an unshakeable attitude during times of adversity : The apostle Paul is the ultimate Survivor Man. He went through storms, perils, raging rivers, stonings, beatings, persecution, travel, shipwrecks, etc etc...Besides planting churches and being a super-apostle he has a resume that sounds like Baer Grylles from the hit show "Man vs.. Wild." In this message we look at Paul's unshakeable attitude through difficulty. He had the ability to shake things off and not only survive, but thrive in God. He set a pace for Missions and Church Planting that is a great example for us today. Listen in to adjust your attitude and be positioned for Victory in 2010. Play MP3

12/27/2009 Jon Meek Prophetic People : The prophetic events surrounding Jesus' birth and life are numerous, not to be overlooked. God spoke to people via dreams, other people and angelic visitations. Prophetic leading continued in the early church and in Acts 21:1-14 there are three specific accounts of people prophesying. Some, while having good intentions, missed it. If it is true that we are still a prophetic people today and are encouraged to prophesy then this question needs to be answered: How eager are YOU to prophesy? What happens if you "miss it"? Play MP3

11/15/2009 Josh Yakos The Power of News : Acts 19: News has a funny way of changing our attitude. Bad news can hit like a freight train. Good News, even in the worst circumstance can swoop in and lift our heads and hearts. In some cases nothing has really changed except NEWS!. This message discusses the importance of the WORD, God's SPIRIT, and Staying POWER through times of pressure. If you need some good news-plug this in and see what God will do. Play MP3

11/8/2009 Jon Meek The Gospel in the Real World: Acts 17 God has called us, not only to live for church meetings, but to live for Him everywhere we go. Often, it is not our "church ministry" that opens the doors for us to speak to people but simply sharing Jesus throughout our daily lives. Some may mock the gospel, some will want to ask more questions later - which is good and should be encouraged - and some will respond in faith! God's intent is to use us to win people to Himself. 10/4/2009 Jon Meek Is Jesus Really Enough? : The important question at stake in Acts 15 is whether faith in Jesus and His perfect sacrifice is really enough for us. Do we also need to also keep the Mosaic law as well to make sure we are really holy? The controversy is big and still rages in the church today. Is faith in Jesus enough to not only save us, but to also cleanse and purify our hearts, changing us from the inside out? If it is, then what instruction DO we have from our Father God? Check it out. 9/6/2009 Jon Meek A Praying Church and a Powerful God : How do you pray fervently for God to intervene when you've just seen Him NOT intervene?  James has been arrested and executed.  Now Peter sits in prison at the mercy of the men behind James' death.  Acts 12 shows us a church praying passionately even after disappointment.  The challenge to us through this is clear and compelling:  pray with passion and expect God to move; but be prepared for Him to move in unexpected ways!
